Q: How long does shipping take?
A: For orders within Australia, shipping typically takes 7–14 business days.
A: For international orders, delivery can take 14–31 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Absolutely. Tracking details will be uploaded as soon as they are available. You can check the status of your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Simply contact our customer support at paradisepicks24@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected and found to be undamaged, we’ll issue your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
